    Description:
    This is a re-solicitation of 202500918A that was posted on CanadaBuys and closed June 16th, 2025.
    The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) has a requirement to provide equipment to ensure the safety of its members. The Request for Standing Offer (RFSO) is to establish a National Individual Standing Offer (NISO) for the supply and delivery of Frontline Policing Thermal Monoculars as detailed at Annex A, Statement of Work. The period for making call-ups against the Standing Offer is three (3) years from the date of issuance of the Standing Offer, with the option to extend the Standing Offer for up to two (2) additional one (1) year periods.
    The Request for Standing Offers (RFSO) is to establish National Individual Standing Offer for the delivery of the requirement detailed in the RFSO, to the Identified Users across Canada, including areas subject to Comprehensive Land Claims Agreements (CLCAs), excluding locations within Nunavut.
    This procurement is subject to the James Bay and Northern Quebec Agreement, Nunavik Inuit Land Claims Agreement, Eeyou Marine Region Land Claims Agreement, Labrador Inuit Land Claims Agreement, Inuvialuit Final Agreement, Gwich'in Comprehensive Land Claims Agreement, Sahtu Dene and Metis Comprehensive Land Claims Agreement, Tlicho Land Claims Agreement, Nisga’a Final Agreement, Tsawwassen First Nation Final Agreement, Maa-Nulth First Nations Final Agreement, Tla’amin Nation Final Agreement, First Nation of Nacho Nyak Dun Final Agreement, Champagne and Aishihik First Nations Final Agreement, Teslin Tlingit Council Final Agreement, Vuntut Gwitchin First Nation Final Agreement, Selkirk First Nation Final Agreement, Little Salmon/Carmacks First Nations Final Agreement, Tr'ondëk Hwëch'in Final Agreement, Ta'an Kwach'an Council Final Agreement, Kluane First Nation Final Agreement, Kwanlin Dun First Nation Final Agreement, and the Carcross/Tagish First Nations Final Agreement.
    Canadian Suppliers, Suppliers of an Applicable Trading Partner and Suppliers of a Non-Trading Partner, are eligible for this solicitation of bids.

Environmentally preferable packaging specifications are mandatory requirements in this procurement.
