Description

Canada, represented by the Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development (DFATD), seeks to sell 1 Crown-owned residential property in Accra, Ghana (the “Property”) that was previously used to house Canadian diplomatic personnel posted in Accra. The work will be undertaken in Accra, Ghana.

The Contractor must be locally available to undertake work and will not be compensated for any local or other travel expenses.

The Contractor must utilize the locally accepted standards for brokerage and representation services.

The estimated contract period will be 8 month(s).
