    Perimeter Intrusion Detection System

    This requirement is for: The Correctional Service of Canada (CSC), Grande Cache Institution, AB.

    Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: This procurement is not subject to a Comprehensive Land Claims Agreement.

    Security Requirements: This contract does not include security requirements.

    Nature of Requirements:

    The following is a summary of the statement of work for this requirement.

    The Correctional Service of Canada (CSC) has a need for two new Sentient Perimeter Intrusion Detection System (PIDS) and Factory Acceptance Test (FAAS) computers at GCI which have exceeded their intended life cycle and are currently failing.

    Objectives: To deliver and install new PIDS/FAAS S100 computers at Grande Cache Institution.

    The Contractor must supply, pre-configure, factory test, deliver and install two (2x) new PIDS/FAAS S100 industrial computers, part number: PTI-S100-SVR-P4, along with associated installation hardware (including, but not limited to, replacement touchscreen monitors, fibre modules, network switches). The Contractor must install and test all required alarm points to ensure new system is functioning as per CSC specifications and standards.

    Deliverables: new PIDS/FAAS S100 system functioning as per CSC specifications and standards.

    Any conditions for participation of suppliers not specified in solicitation documentation: none.

    Estimated quantity of commodity: see solicitation document statement of work and basis of payment.
