The objective is to deliver a series of instructor led virtual classroom of 9 AVAYA courses for the next 3 years; offered in English, with
French accommodations, in an accessible format. Another objective of this training is to remove and not create new technological
barriers to Information and Communications Technology (ICT) accessibility. Virtual training must be delivered via Microsoft Teams.
