    Description

    The NBC wishes to proceed with the construction of a 3-door garage of Battlefields Park.
    The work can begin upon signature of the contract around October 2 or 3, 2023.
    Delivery: All work must be completed no later than November 24, 2023.
    The government reserves the right to negotiate the conditions of any contract with suppliers. Documents can be submitted in either of Canada’s official languages.
    Call for tenders closing date: Friday, September 29, 2023, at 2:00 pm (EST)

    OPTIONAL VISIT: An optional meeting will take place at the workshop located at 701, Grande Allée Ouest, Québec, G1S 2C1 on Monday, September 18, 2023 from 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Please confirm your intention to come with the contracting authority.

    We would like to obtain a detailed quote for this project.

    Include in the quote: excavation i.e. excavator time, raising, transport of excavation equipment, soil test if necessary, sand, compaction, protective fence, etc. Sealed pit and l 'excavation. 100 amp electrical input. Basic lighting. Plumbing for floor pit. Concrete pump if necessary. Housekeeping and inspection upon delivery.

    The laws, policies and directives in force in Canada are applicable and must be respected.

    Late proposals will not be taken into consideration.

    Proposals sent by fax will not be accepted.

    The plans and specifications and other documents are viewable and downloadable as PDFs.
