    Description

    The proposed project involves the construction of a helicopter landing pad located at North West Head Light Station in Ramea, NL (located at 473122N: 572326W in Zone 21 of the UTM coordinate system). The proposed project will include the removal of existing helicopter landing pad wooden timbers only, concrete to remain and the installation of a new helicopter pad in new location. The helicopter pad will be replaced in new location in close proximity to Northwest Head Light Station, using treated timber, concrete and metal safety netting. There will be some minor excavation works to facilitate placement of the new concrete foundations.

    All enquiries must be submitted in writing to the Contracting Authority no later than seven (7) calendar days before the bid closing date. Enquiries received after that time may not be answered.

    The Contractor must perform and complete the Work by November 30, 2024

    The estimated contract period will be 3 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2024/08/23.
