Description
Employment and Social Development Canada requires needs analysis and research services of an Indigenous Contractor to develop and implement an engagement plan to directly engage Indigenous communities and youth, including Canada Service Corps (CSC) and non-CSC funding recipients. The aim of the engagement is to provide insights into culturally relevant practices and community priorities that might not otherwise be captured through current CSC secondary research or general data analysis. The engagement will also serve to strengthen CSC’s relationship with Indigenous communities, through direct and in-person outreach activities, by demonstrating a genuine commitment to understanding and respecting their unique perspectives and priorities.
The responsibilities of the Contractor for this requirement will include lead the development and implementation of a detailed engagement plan, facilitating and delivering outreach activities and producing an interim and a final technical report summarizing the findings.
Contract duration
The estimated contract period will be 15 month(s).
