Fisheries and Oceans Canada (DFO) has a requirement to conduct smolt and/or adult Atlantic salmon enumeration activities - Counting Fence - Harry's River, Newfoundland. This will involve the installation, operation and removal of a counting fence as well as associated scientific sampling activities.
