The Department of National Defence (DND) has a requirement to develop a strategic digital transformation plan for Director General Human Capital Management Modernization - Military (DGHCMM-M) to digitally transform military personnel management by modernizing digital foundations, accelerating delivery, and enabling pan-domain capabilities.
