The Partnership Evaluation Division (referred to as the “Project Authority”) within Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC) is seeking the professional services of a Contractor to conduct 18 (eighteen) virtual focus groups for the evaluation of EI fishing benefits, which provides temporary income supports to self-employed fish harvesters.
The main objectives of the focus groups are to collect the views of the focus group participants on the EI fishing benefits (in comparison to EI regular benefits), the effect of these benefits on them and their community, as well as their delivery and service quality.
Contract duration
The estimated contract period will be 15 month(s).
