This solicitation, W2282-25-AA067B, is hereby issued as a reissuance. It cancels and supersedes the previous solicitation W2282-25-AA067, which has been cancelled.
An external evaluation is required to address recommendation #33 from the ‘Report of the Independent External Comprehensive Review of the Department of National Defence and the Canadian Armed Forces’, prepared by the Honourable Louise Arbour, published on 20 May 2022, referred to as the IECR.
To address IECR recommendation # 33, the Director of Military Executive Services (DMES), is seeking evaluation services to evaluate the utility of a new process for psychometric evaluation and confirmatory 360-degree review used in the promotion of General Officers and Flag Officers (GOFOs) in the Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) since 2022.
