    Description

    The Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) is requesting industry feedback regarding its capacity and interest to modernize and digitize the pet export certification process.

    When owners want to export their pets from Canada, they are required to obtain an official export certification. At present, the application and issuance of export certificates are entirely paper-based and administered by the CFIA.

    The objective of this Request for Information (RFI) is to seek feedback from industry regarding the availability, capability, and readiness of potential solutions to support the modernization and digitization of the pet export certification process.
