    NOTICE OF PROPOSED PROCUREMENT (NPP)

    RFP Against the TBIPS Supply Arrangement: To ensure that this initiative achieves the required outcomes, the Contractor shall support the development, configuration and deployment of digital solutions in the departmental Microsoft tenant and provide professional services to configure the solution, on an as-and-when-requested basis through Task Authorizations, where applicable.

    Professional services may be required to support configuration, customization, business analysis, documentation, development, testing, maintenance, and other related implementation activities necessary to meet OFICC business processes and solution requirements.

    The Contractor will also provide training on how to use the configured solution components to support routine administration and operations. The Contractor will work collaboratively with in-house staff, conducted knowledge transfer as appropriate, and provide recommendations on any additional training required for departmental personnel to fully use and administer the solution.
