Cable Television Services for the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP)

Policy on Reciprocal Procurement: This solicitation of bids is open only to Canadian suppliers.

The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) requires one (1) contract for High Definition cable television services for various RCMP buildings located in the National Capital Region. The services must include installation, maintenance, labour, tools, supplies, equipment and supervision for delivery of television services with closed captioning.

The contract period will be for five (5) years from the date of contract with an irrevocable option to extend it for up to two (2) additional one-year periods. The anticipated start date is [reminder to insert date prior to posting].

Basis of selection:

A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract.
