This requirement is open only to those THS Supply Arrangement Holders who qualified under Tier 1 for services in the National Capital Region for the following categories:

Description of Work:
Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development (DFTAD) require the services of a computer, application support specialist to architect to architect and design components that will be implemented into the EWCMS.
The specific tasks required to accomplish the scope of work may include, but are not necessarily limited to the following:
• Installation and configuration of the OpenText (formely Interwoven) Teamsite
• Architect and design web-based components from requirements (use cases).
• Develop and implement administration tools as required.
• Architect and upgrade the WCMS (Teamsite) to the latest vendor support version on the GAC environment
• Troubleshoot issues reported by web site owners and the Quality Assurance Group.
• Provide all documentation required by the Software Development Lifecycle.
• Provide the development lead with ongoing reports on project status
