Environment and Climate Change Canada (ECCC) - Digital Strategies and Information Management (DSIM) Directorate has a requirement for five (5) P.1 Change Management Consultants (Level 3). The Digital Strategies and Information Management Directorate at Environment and Climate Change Canada (ECCC) is undertaking the transformation of its change management activities to better meet the needs of its internal and external clients and requires the services of one or more Change Management Consultants in order to assist the organization with its goals.
