    This requirement is open only to Supply Arrangement Holders under CW2238059-ACM. (Legacy: E60HN-16ELEC.) qualified under Electronic, Stream 2, Category 3, Electric and Electronic Calibration and testing instruments, in the National Capital Region.
    The requirement is intended to result in the award of one (1) contract.

    Description of the Requirement: The Transportation Safety Board (TSB) requires a contractor to provide two (2) modern, high-performance digital oscilloscopes to support the TSB Engineering laboratory’s ongoing testing, troubleshooting, and analysis of electronic components used in investigations.

    Proposed period of contract: The proposed period of contract shall be from contract award to March 31, 2026.

Documents may be submitted in either official language.

    Debriefings: Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation process. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days from receipt of the results of the bid solicitation process. The debriefing may be in writing, by telephone or in person.
