    Two projects (A and B) are described in this statement of work. For both projects, the contract objectives are library preparation, sequencing (amplicons (16S and ITS), metagenomic and/or metatranscriptomic) of nucleic acid samples from bioreactor cultures or mouse feces, and preliminary analysis of the sequencing data.
