ESDC requires the services of a Contractor to conduct three Fraud Risk Assessments of three distinct ESDC programs/services. The Contractor will provide ESDC with a list of fraud scenarios to which a program or service area is potentially vulnerable to financial and reputational loss, and a basis for prioritizing anti-fraud controls and procedures to reduce fraud risk exposure.
