Statement of Work:

The manufacturing and delivery of dolosses and ballast stone to the Magdalen Islands includes, but is not limited to, the manufacturing of 300 prefabricated concrete dolosses weighing 5.4 metric tons and 3,500 metric tons of ballast stones.
