Description of the Requirement:

NRCan is seeking 1 resource, a senior 2.7 needs analysis and research consultant with the objective to:

• Provide expert scientific advice to the Environmental Studies Research Fund (ESRF) Management Board in support of the Board’s review and selection of ESRF-funded studies.
• To collaborate with the ESRF Secretariat in providing expert scientific advice as requested by the ESRF Management Board, on the scientific development of projects being funded by the ESRF.
