Description
The objective of this engagement is to obtain the services of a hands-on L2 Change Management Specialist who will lead and execute comprehensive change-management activities across multiple transformation initiatives within NRC’s National Program Office.
The resource will be responsible for planning, developing, and delivering all required change-management components—communications, engagement, training, readiness, and adoption activities—to ensure staff across NPO, CSTIP programs, and NRC Research Centers are prepared for and supported through the various transitions.
Contract duration
The estimated contract period will be 35 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2026/06/15.
