Manitoba Housing requires a service agreement for Residential Domestic HWT Repair/Replacement at Manitoba Housing units throughout Winnipeg with a qualified supplier. The Services includes, but is not limited to, replacement  and repair of existing residential electric and gas domestic hot water tanks on an as and when required basis.
