    Procurement Method:

    Description:
The RFP is an invitation to submit offers for the provision of Salesforce Implementation Partner to work in partnership with the Ivey Business School (Ivey), as further described in the RFP.

Since 1996, Ivey Advancement has been using Millennium (Abila) as its comprehensive donor, stakeholder and alumni relationship management system. It supports a team of development, alumni relations and operations staff in their mission to nurture relationships which foster meaningful engagement, financial support, advocacy, and leadership among alumni and other stakeholders globally. It is key to providing data-driven decision making.

Millennium is used to manage, track and report on key Alumni constituent relationships. It is an essential tool and asset to the team working to achieve this goal. The data held in Millennium provides the basis for all Advancement KPIs, including fundraising metrics, alumni engagement scoring and alumni records. It is also the source of alumni data for the School, such as providing employment industry statistics, numbers for ranking and accreditations, volunteer and mentorship connections, as well as, alumni contact information.

In this project, Ivey is planning to retire the Millennium system as the Advancement software system, and migrate all of the data into a Salesforce software solution, as selected through a previous RFP process. Salesforce would be used to support all Advancement objectives, while allowing for greater ease of information sharing with the rest of Ivey. Ivey will be using the Affinaquest product. As such, Ivey is seeking an experienced Implementation Partner that will lead the Ivey IT and Advancement teams in migrating from the Millennium legacy system to Salesforce Affinaquest and building the necessary integrations with other systems / Salesforce Orgs.

Interested Proponents should download the complete RFP for full particulars.
