This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by Centre d’excellence en approvisionnement FRANCOachat and its participating agencies (“CEA FRANCOachat”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Broadband and Black Fiber Services as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”).
The school board will connect its schools directly to the internet using a Software Defined Wide Area Network (SD-WAN) architecture over a Broadband network. The school board will connect its two data centers with Broadband and Black Fiber.
