MMC CW16334 - Policy Management Software - Child Welfare Sector Agencies

The objective is to achieve a Broader Public Service (BPS) compliant contract that supports MMC Member organizations with a modern and affordable option to manage their Policies, Procedures, and related documents in one single online software tool. Additional tools to be considered as deliverables for this project including but not limited to automated workflows, archiving, audit trails, read/write actions, The Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) compliances, standardization of policies, procedures, and document numbers, and linking to website. Each participating MMC member is operating individually, and each member will have a separate statement of work and schedule stemming from this project. MMC Participating Members are in the market to enter into an agreement to supply and install a cloud-based Policy Management Software solution on a Five (5) year term plus an optional extension of an initial Three (3) years plus additional Two (2) years.
