The objective of this RFP is to engage a service provider who shall provide independent audit and assurance services for OLG INSTANT lottery products and OLG’s Print Vendor physical and IT internal controls for an initial term of five (5) years with two (2) options to extend, at OLG’s sole discretion, where the first option is up to five (5) years and the second option is up to four (4) years, for a maximum term of fourteen (14) years.
