VIA Rail Canada Inc. (VIA) issues this Invitation to Tender (ITT) for the provision of hotel accommodation in Ottawa, for on-board employees, corporate employees as well as passengers affected by a train disruption.
VIA is also seeking shuttle services to/from the station and the future hotel that will be awarded a contract through this tender for its on-board employees.
Tenderers may therefore bid for either the accommodation services, the shuttle services or both.
