TOWNLINE LIFT STATION ELECTRICAL POWER UPGRADES

The works included in the Townline Lift Station Electrical Power Upgrades, the installation of  new 600V secondary service, new service transformer base (Transformer to be provided by ORPC), new 600V main switchgear, new automatic transfer switch, new underground ducts for 12.47kV service (Cables to be provided by ORPC), phased implementation to maintain the station operational at all time, and removal of existing 600V distribution after installation of new system.
 
Date of construction completion for the project is April 28, 2024.
A mandatory site meeting will be held on Wednesday March 8, 2023 at 1:00PM local time at 10 Paul Martin Drive, Pembroke, ON

All questions relating to this tender request will be received in writing up to and no later than 4:00pm local time on Thursday March 16, 2023.

The successful Bidder will be required to file with the City of Pembroke the specified bonds and insurance within ten (10) days of being awarded the Contract.

The procurement of goods and services specified in the tender documents is subject to the provision of the Canada Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) and the Ontario-Quebec Trade and Corporation Agreement (OQTCA).

The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders. The lowest or any Tender may not necessarily be accepted.
