The objective of this procurement is to secure an organization and/or individual consultant best positioned to lead the review, development and design of comprehensive, responsive early learning and child care workforce competencies and certification requirements and processes, in support of career laddering and increasing the quality and the percentage of certified child care workers providing regulated child care in Manitoba.
