This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by Brock University (the “University”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Residence and Conference Administration Software, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix E) (the “Deliverables”). The term of the agreement is to be for a period of five (5) years, with an option in favor of the University to extend the agreement on the same terms and conditions for an additional term of up to five (5) years.
