Provision of Detention Locks/Doors Maintenance Services

This Request for Quotations (the “Solicitation”) is an invitation by the Government of Manitoba (“Manitoba”), as represented by the Minister of Justice, to prospective Vendors to submit Submissions for Provision of Detention Locks/Doors Maintenance services.

Manitoba Justice Correctional Services Division (CSD) is seeking a Three-year outline agreement to be delivered on an “as and when requested” basis, with a qualified service provider for:
-Service- regular and Preventive maintenance on Detention Grade Doors, hardware, detention locks
-Supply and Install of high security detention equipment and cell related items as required
-Modification of detention doors as required for Justice Security and Operations
The term of the Contract is to be for a period of Three (3) Years to be delivered on an “as and when requested” basis with an option in favour of Manitoba to extend the Contract on the same terms and conditions for an additional term of up to twelve (12) months.
