Description
The University of Waterloo (UW) intends to award a single source contract to Qualisys North America Inc., USA, for the purchase of four (4) 3D Motion Capture Systems for passive, active and markerless motion capture.  One (1) of the systems is funded by CFI, the other three (3) are funded by other (non-CFI) sources.    

The approximate budget for the entire requirement is $630,000 CAD not including HST.  Approximately $200,000 of this amount (one system) requires a CFI in-kind contribution if available; the balance does not.
