Construction of bituminous pavement including partially paved shoulders, milling of existing bituminous pavement, frost tapers and granular base course on Provincial Trunk Highway 39 from Provincial Road 392 to 34.6km east of Provincial Road 392 (excluding Section 2) for a total construction distance of approximately 25.8km, in Unorganized Electoral Division of Flin Flon.

SECTION 2 (Project ID No.C09030)
Construction of bituminous pavement including partially paved shoulders, granular base course and surface preparation on Provincial Trunk Highway 39 (new location) from 12.9km east of Provincial Road 392 to 21.7km east of Provincial Road 392 for a total construction distance of approximately 8.8km.
Surface preparation of old Provincial Trunk Highway 39 alignment for a total construction distance of approximately 13.0km in Unorganized Electoral Division of Flin Flon.

SECTION 3 (Project ID No.C09106)
Construction of bituminous pavement including partially paved shoulders and granular base course on Provincial Trunk Highway 39 from 34.6km East of Provincial Road 392 to 35.4km East of Provincial Road 392 for a total construction distance of approximately 860m, in Unorganized Electoral Division of Flin Flon.
