The Workers Compensation Board of Manitoba (WCB) invites firms to submit a Proposal for the following: To administer the WCB's employee group benefits plan including, but not limited to, the following benefits: Insured Long Term Disability (LTD), Employee Assistance Plan (EAP) and Travel Health benefits as well as the Administration Services Only (ASO) Extended Health, Vision, Dentalcare, Early Referral Services (ERS), Health Spending Accounts (HSA), and Wellness Spending Account (WSA) benefits.
This RFP is only being sent to the Vendors that were pre-qualified under the WCB's Request for Information No. 041-WCB-23-010 that closed on MERX July 6, 2023. Vendors are each reminded of the obligations under their executed Non-Disclosure Agreement to maintain the confidentiality of all WCB sensitive employee data and to not share the contents of this RFP with any third party except as expressly allowed pursuant to the Non-Disclosure Agreement.
