Information Technology, Senior Messaging Support Specialist

Description of Services:
Manitoba Hydro desires Hybrid Services [remote and on-site] of a full time position with the following (or similar) to assist in the delivery of a Senior Messaging Support Specialist.

Under the general direction of the Modern Digital Workplace Team Lead or the senior Messaging Support Specialists, will be responsible for the administration and support of the Corporation's Messaging Infrastructure. This includes evaluation, installation, monitoring, research and development, and support of all messaging software, servers and associated utilities to provide optimal security, safety, service and functionality for the Corporate Messaging Infrastructure. The incumbent will also provide support to the Outlook Support staff to assist in problem resolution that requires more in-depth knowledge of the messaging environment.
