FSRA requires a technology solution for investigative case management that facilitates workflow processing and evidence management for the Forensic Analysis and Investigations team.  This would centralize processing  that is currently undertaken by a 30+ member team that includes Investigations and Litigation.  The current processes are decentralized and fragmented across several systems and individuals, which is inefficient and creates unnecessary work to consolidate and manage information and evidence, related to cases, as well posing a risk to the resulting prosecution.
