RFP #23-07 - Capital Master Plan - External Consultants

NOSM University is looking to establish a long term (15 year) Master Plan that supports the academic mission. The Master Plan will plan for short-term campus uncertainties in Sudbury and Thunder Bay, as well as plan for expansion of UME and PGME. The Master Plan will develop planning principles: identify strategic development sites; develop design guidelines to ensure flexibility for NOSM University to meet evolving needs and parameters, while ensuring an overarching vision and cohesive Master Plan over time; and become a resource to help guide capital projects and phasing decisions. The proponent will identify best practices, comparable models as well as better understanding of the context of NOSM University’s objectives, to determine the model(s) that will best serve the University going forward. The Master Plan will be a consultative process, with stakeholder engagement and consensus building. This Master Plan will bring forward an overall framework that will set the stage for NOSM University to continue to grow and evolve in way that positively contributes to its vison and mission.
