This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by the Coordinating Entity to prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations for Organ Preservation Solution for Shared Health of Manitoba, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”). 
The Coordinating Entity, as identified on the cover page, is issuing this RFQ and administering the RFQ process on behalf of the Purchaser(s) identified in Section B – Material Disclosures of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D).
