    Description
    This Invitational Request for Proposals (the “IRFP”) is an invitation by the University of Ottawa (the “University”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the transition of the University printing services, including provision of Multi-Function Devices (“MFDs”), Managed Print Services (“MPS”), and Professional Services on an as-and-when-required basis to support OECM Clients as described in the Master Agreement #OECM-2022-411_Schedule 1 Appendix A, and as further described in Appendix D (IRFP Particulars) Section A (the “Deliverables”).
