DESCRIPTION OF PROCUREMENT
This Request for Proposal is issued by Facilities Management and Planning, University of Toronto Mississauga, on behalf of The Governing Council of the University of Toronto, for Proponents to perform the Maintenance Services for Fire Protection Systems  for the University of Toronto Mississauga, 3359 Mississauga Road, Mississauga. Estimated Commencement date: May 1, 2024  
The term of the agreement will be for three (3) years plus two (2) additional one (1) year extensions.

Mandatory Proponents Meeting
The on-site Mandatory Proponents Meeting will be held on February 15, 2024 2:00 – 4:00pm local time.
Location: Recreation, Athletics and Wellness Centre (RAWC) Main Entrance Lobby, University of Toronto Mississauga, 1825 Outer Circle, Mississauga.

Your submission must be uploaded, submitted, and finalized prior to the Closing Time of March 1, 2024 2:00 PM EST. We strongly recommend that you give yourself sufficient time and at least ONE (1) day before Closing Time to begin the uploading process and to finalize your submission. The submissions will not be opened publicly.
Negotiation:
At the end of the evaluation process, the University of Toronto may identify one or more suppliers with whom it wishes to enter into negotiations, by written notification.

This procurement is subject to the following trade agreement(s):
The Canadian Free Trade Agreement, Chapter Five
Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA) 


Electronic Auction:
The process does not involve an electronic auction.
