The Coordinating Entity, as identified on the cover page, is issuing this RFP and administering the RFP process on behalf of the Purchaser(s) identified in Section B – Material Disclosures of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D).
It is the intent to enter into an Agreement with one Proponent who will undertake to provide the services as identified in this RFP. Proponents will have the ability to subcontract if required. It is anticipated that the Agreement will be effective on or about May 01, 2024 for new distribution services work.
Indigenous Business involvement is desired and value will be assigned in the procurement document for Indigenous Business Participation.
