DESCRIPTION OF THE WORK:
Manitoba Hydro is issuing this Request to seek the submission of competitive Proposals for all that is required for the supply, removal, disposal, and installation of new flat roofing for a section of roof at Manitoba Hydro’s building located at 1840 Chevrier Blvd., Winnipeg, MB.

MANDATORY CRITERIA:
All proposals/tenders must meet all of the following criteria, in Manitoba Hydro’s determination, in order to proceed to the second stage of the evaluation process:

Soprema roofing product with a minimum 15-year platinum warranty.
Proof of certificate of recognition (COR) or equivalent certification as determined by Manitoba Hydro.
Proof of membership in “Good Standing” with the Canadian Roofing Contractors Association (CRCA) and the Roofing Contractors Association of Manitoba.
Proof of national recognition in roofing, water proofing and infrared moisture services.
