    DESCRIPTION OF PROCUREMENT
    This Request for Supplier Qualification (“RFSQ”) is being issued by the University of Toronto Mississauga, Facilities Management and Planning Department, to establish a qualified vendor list for various contractor services in the following categories: HVAC, Plumbing and Heating Mechanics, High Voltage Electricians, Low Voltage Electricians, Elevator Modernization Contractors, Data Communications Cabling and Roofing.

    Please see Schedule F, Schedule 1 Description of Goods and/or Services and University Locations (pg. 105-107) for a brief description of the categories.

    Please note that the current qualified various contractors list that was established through RFSQ UTMFMP2019VC and the annual refreshes (UTM200023, UTM200062, UTM200101 and UTM200151) expires on October 1st 2024. This RFSQ UTM200180 will be establishing a new qualified vendor list for various contractor services.
