Reconstruction of Wilson Road structure to accommodate 10 lane cross section, including lowering of Wilson Road, five new high mast light poles, replacement of noise barriers and municipal watermain.
Work includes: Grading, drainage, granular base, hot mix paving, electrical, structural and landscaping.
