This Request for Proposal ("RFP") is an invitation by Red Deer Polytechnic (“RDP”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the provision of full preventative maintenance and site support services for the Combined Heat & Power (CHP) Unit on RDP Campus.
The objective is to ensure the efficient operation, longevity, and reliability of the CHP Unit while minimizing downtime and maximizing energy production.
