This Request for Quotations (the “Solicitation”) is an invitation by the Government of Manitoba (“Manitoba”), as represented by the Minister of [Consumer Protection and Government Services], to prospective Vendors to submit Submissions for the Supply and Delivery of Veterinary Lab Supplies, as further described in Section A of the Solicitation Particulars (Appendix A) and Scope of Deliverables (Appendix B).
