This Request for Proposals (the “Solicitation”) is an invitation by the Government of Manitoba (“Manitoba”), as represented by the Minister of Consumer Protection and Government Services, to prospective Vendors to submit Submissions for the Construction and Delivery of Trailers on an as and when required basis as further described in Section A of the Solicitation Particulars (Appendix A) and Scope of Deliverables (Appendix B).
