The successful respondent will be on retainer to provide waste services related to transportation projects. The ministry anticipates that it will require the provision of technical services in various geographic areas of the Northeastern Region of Ministry of Transportation (MTO). The scope of work includes the performance of all work necessary or appropriate related to waste in conformance with the standards, criteria and requirements of the Technical Standars and Specifications.
