Description
OLG operate in a highly competitive and dynamic market. To maintain relevance, maximize revenue, and fulfill their public service mission, a deep understanding of player behavior, preferences, and market trends is essential. Market research provides invaluable insights into player demographics, motivations, and spending habits, enabling lottery organizations to make data-driven decisions that drive growth and enhance the overall player experience.

OLG is looking to procure the services of one (1) qualified Respondent for each of the four Research Programs listed below.
 
  1. Customer Desirability Frameworks & Toolkit for Lottery Innovation. 
  2. Conversational & mobile-first research
  3. Planogram testing, merchandising, digital signage at stores
  4. Applied psychology to Human Insights and Interaction Design for Gaming Sector
